Our Mission

Kendriya Vidyalaya Adilabad strives to provide a common programme of education to meet the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees, including defence and para-military personnel. The school pursues excellence and sets the pace in the field of school education by offering a quality teaching-learning environment.

Our Vision

The Vidyalaya envisions nurturing students who are intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed, and spiritually inspired — capable of contributing to the building of a just and humane society. It aims to promote national integration and a sense of "Indianness" among students while ensuring their holistic development.

Objectives of KVS

To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees by providing a common programme of education.
To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education.
To initiate and promote experimentation and innovation in education in collaboration with bodies like CBSE and NCERT.
To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children.
To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control, and manage schools — hereinafter called Kendriya Vidyalayas — for the children of transferable employees of the Government of India and others.

Infrastructure

Kendriya Vidyalaya Adilabad is equipped with well-maintained classrooms, science laboratories, a library, and computer facilities to support the CBSE curriculum. The campus includes dedicated spaces for co-curricular and scholastic activities, enabling a balanced educational experience.

A guest observes a student project at a mathematics exhibition, with colourful charts and models on display tables under bright indoor lighting, conveying curiosity and academic engagement.

The school also maintains sports infrastructure to support physical education and inter-house competitions. Facilities are regularly reviewed under the Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC) to ensure they meet the evolving needs of students and staff.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Adilabad is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Affiliation Number 3600020. The school follows the CBSE curriculum and examination framework, preparing students for the All India Secondary School Examination and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination.
